Mumbai: Madhav Chavan, president and co-founder of Pratham, an NGO working in the field of education, has received the Skoll Foundation Award for Social Entrepreneurship. TNN

Employing children as servants in households, eateries, stalls, restaurants and as labourers in hazardous industries is prohibited under the Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act, 1986.
